Any quotation is based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry and may change if the event scope, venue, quantities, timings or design requirements change. A booking is considered confirmed only after the agreed confirmation process and payment requirements have been completed.

4. Payments

Customers must make payments according to the amount and schedule communicated for the booking. Any balance due must be paid within the agreed timeline. Additional work requested after confirmation may be charged separately.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility depend on the timing of the request, materials already purchased, custom items prepared and costs already incurred. Customers should request any change as early as possible. The specific cancellation or refund terms communicated with the confirmed booking will apply.

6. Venue Access and Permissions

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the venue allows the agreed decoration and that sufficient access, setup time and required permissions are available. Any venue restrictions should be disclosed before confirmation.

7. Design Variations

Balloon colours, sizes and decorative materials may have minor variations from photographs, digital references or sample images. If a specific item becomes unavailable, a reasonably similar alternative may be used where necessary.

8. Delays and Events Beyond Control

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, restricted venue access, government restrictions, transport disruption or other force majeure events.

9. Customer Property and Safety

Customers should keep valuables and fragile items away from the setup area. Children should be supervised around decorative installations. Decorations should not be altered, moved or misused where doing so may create a safety risk.

10. Website Content

Website text, branding, graphics and original creative material belonging to Balloon Delight Decor may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to a service will be limited to losses directly arising from our failure to provide the agreed service and will not include indirect or consequential loss.
